What Payment Methods does Telemed Mexico Accept?

A Paypal account is not required to use our service.

How do I Schedule an Online Doctor Visit?

You can book Telemedicine/Telehealth consultations by visiting our website at www.TelemedMx.com.

Note: Our consultations are only available for individuals physically in Mexico.

How Do I Pay for Medical Consultations?

When booking your medical appointment using our online booking service, you will be prompted to make payment using Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Note: A Paypal account is not necessary to use our services.

Any additional services, labwork, or medical imaging will be managed outside of TelemedMx.com.

How do I pay for any medication required?

Written medical orders are sent to the patient, after the telemedicine consultation. The patient can use the written medication order at any physical pharmacy location of their choice and medications paid for at the pharmacy.
