Telemed Mexico is an establishd telemedicine/telehealth  practice located in Mexico. We offer medical services remotely everywhere in Mexico.  Our personalized hotel consultations can be scheduled at your Hotel in Cancun or Playa del Carmen. 

Telemed Mexico’s doctors are qualified to provide medical care for a wide range of conditions, including urgent care, primary care, dermatology, STD/STI, Covid-19, chronic conditions, and written medication renewals. Personalized hotel medical consultations are available in Cancun and Playa del Carmen.

Same day, virtual medical consultations are always available online 24*7 at www.Telemedmx.com.  

Unfortunately, no.  Although, Telemed Mexico does not currently accept insurance, our consultations are transparent and affordable starting at $59USD for telemedicine/telehealth consultations, $175USD for hotel consultations.

No.  Our doctors can provide medically appropriate written medication orders during telemedicine/telehealth consultations.  However,  they cannot write any orders for controlled substances.

Yes, Telemed Mexico uses a secure platform for all telemedicine/telehealth consultations.  We safeguard your privacy and the confidentiality of your medical information.

Telemed Mexico doctors are fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. 

Telemedicine Consultations start at $59USD.

Hotel consultations start at $175USD.

Medication, lab work, or medical imaging are not included. 

Telemed Mexico is always open and availabile.  You receive the medical care whenever and wherever you need it.  Same-day appointments are also available.

To receive telemedicine/telehealth care, all you need is a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection. We use a secure a platform for all telemedicine appointments.

Telemedicine/Telehealth consultations typically last 15 minutes, although the length may vary depending on the complexity of the medical issue.

Yes, our telemedicine/telehealth consultations are available to anyone, regardless of their location. As long as you are physically located in Mexico, you can receive virtual medical care.

Unfortunately, our telemedicine/telehealth consultations are not available to patients physically located outside of Mexico.
